Film Structural Support. SympleSeal may include structural components to support the plastic wrap.

For example, as illustrated in the drawing, the film may have portions that are thicker or of a more rigid material. These portions keep the plastic film more rigidly in place over the container, protecting its contents.

Thus, the inner portion may be a material compatible with the container contents (such as foods or acidic compounds), while the outer portion is a material adapted to seal against the container.

Symple seal may also have mulitple coatings. For example, the inner portion may have an anti-microbial coating.

Different Geometries. The differing materials and coatings utilized with SympleSeal may have different geometries to adapt SympleSeal for unique uses.

For example, as illustrated in the drawing, different-shaped portions of the film may have an adhesive coating.

Different portions of SympleSeal may also have different thicknesses of the same or a different material.

Enhanced Sealing Mechanisms. SympleSeal may also incorporate mechanisms for enhanced sealing.

For example, as illustrated in the drawing, it may include a drawstring within a sheath mounted on the film, so that the drawstring may be pulled tightly against the sides of the container.
